        • keep insurance claim sent with the procedure instead of moving it to the insurance payment

              This can actually be remedied by changing your Office Journal view settings.

              Open the Office Journal, click on “View” then “Filters”
              Change the option for “Entries Dated After” to whatever date you want, 1/1/2011 for example.

              This will make the Office Journal only load contacts made since the date entered.

                  Oh yes Please!!!! When you print out an individual patient ledger(or treatment plan) their balance gets all screwed up because payments are not allocated to each individual family member.
