Absolutely agree with this suggestion. Right now, E-Central has the option to text patients automatically but we have been having a lot of trouble with that. It would be great if we could just text the patient we need to directly from their family file and not having to pay for a text messaging option that doesn't work.

Glowing Team. Unfortunately we will not be able to program to the Nokia 5800. We do however make Mobile available for iPhone, iTouch, Blackberry, PalmPre, and Andriod devices. We are also working on something special for the ipad. If you are interested in seeing the iPad version, just let me know.

We are working on a mobile update that will add some additional requested features. It will not include those listed in this idea, but we are reviewing our upcoming plans for mobile and this is under consideration.

Anglea, what a great idea to answer a cell phone after hours.

As a beta office, I agree with Dr. Anderson that ESync 3.0 is full of bugs still. Dentalink in particular locks up on you if you have not exited from a previous conversation. The only way to bring it back is to reboot the computer. Is there any other solution to that?
