This is a great idea in theory, but difficult to work on. We have met with many merchant services companies and no one has been able to provide the level of service and integration points that Moneris has provided. We frequently review our merchant services options to make sure we have the right partners for our customers. We will continue to review this idea as we see more customers express their viewpoints.

Wow can't beleive this has been "in the works" for almost 2 years! Whats the hold up. This would be a great feature. We just talked about the need for this again, recently. Please lets get a move on this one!

This would be a great feature. We changed from Patient Base to Dentrix and really miss this feature.

In any module, if a patient has a document in the Document Center, the Document Center icon (Filing Cabinet) will appear to have an open drawer with files in it. If they have no documents, it will be closed.

I would like to have a central place to put vacation time in for Dr. and Hyg that would block out the days they are gone instead of putting it in manually as a "block".

We have been doing a lot of talking about going paperless and the discussion keeps coming around to how do we update medical history and medication. There are a lot of good sugestions here. I think a button on the menu bar would be good. Something that is accessable everywhere. Also a pre-made list of medications would be much better that having to type them all in.
