How can we improve the Resource Center?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Posting a partial payment and needing additional information on the same claim.

    You should be able to post a partial payment and not have to finalize the payment to apply it, when the rest of the claim is still pending additional information. This is not patient responsibility if the claim is not completed by insurance. Dentrix suggest to delete and split the claim. So many errors can only result from this. Insurance claims are never final. There is always something that needs tending too. Patients then get the bill upset why they were billed instead of pending with insurance.   2. INSURANCE ADJUSTMENTS

    You need to give more then 40 adjustments for offices who have more ppo insurance company's they need accounts to show the ins co. write off adjustments by the correct co. name we are maxed out of 40 and need to ADD 5 MORE ADJUSTMENTS AND CANT DO IT DUE TO YOUR LIMIT OF 40.   3. Clinical Note Template Training

    There needs to be a Youtube video or a article detailing on how to create a template AND how to edit one. The current video only shows how to create new prompts. Need a little bit more details on the prompts and how to create a new one vs editing an existing one. Removing information would be handy to know as well.

  4. More training classes for clinicians

    For the newer user have training classes specifically for clinicians. The classes offered are geared toward administration and clinicians will become overwhelmed.

  5. Knowledgebase

    Fix knowledgebase so that when you back arrow after reviewing a topic it doesn't make you re-enter the topic again. A lot of the times it won't let you page pass page 1 even thought it lists many articles available. A lot of users are going to the knowledgebase and are frustrated by its problems. Need to keep it current also.
