How can we improve eCentral?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Have the ability to cancel surveys

    Patient surveys are scheduled to be sent as soon as any bit of patient data is uploaded. If the patient cancels the appointment, they still get the survey. We need a way to stop this from happening.

  3. Fix or remove the Save and Logout button on the Kiosk

    If the Save and Logout button on the Kiosk does not do anything we should remove it or fix it so that it does work.

  4. We need to allow eCentral to show all of the patients on Patient Eligibility

    Currently, when the Websync runs it does an eligibility check for two weeks out. But eCentral only displays the first 200, so the view needs to be expanded, or we need to shorten the range.

  5. make the response date on Questionnaires the actual response date, not the uploaded date

    Forms show up in the questionnaire module with the response date showing the day the form was uploaded to ecentral via websync. This should actually be the day the form was filled out as thats what the name response date leads you to believe.

  6. Scheduled text messages should cancel when appointments change

    When a customer has to cancel an appoint or reschedule the countdown for the text message should stop. At the moment if an appointment is deleted or moved they have to login to ecentral and cancel the text.

    Allow Online Payments to be made by new patients for deposits etc... Make a link to this payments page sent through email.
