How can we improve eCentral?

  1. power pay

    PLEASE GIVE OPTION TO AUTOMATICALLY PROCESS DUE POWER PAY CONSENTS! I have trouble getting time to go into power pay every day to review and process due consents. Then, I get behind and the patients payment isn't processed and that get's the payment plan off and everyone is unhappy, front desk, patient and doctor. It's 2017, this shouldn't be that difficult. So frustrating!

  2. The ability to search sent texts by cell phone

    It would be great to be able to search sent texts by phone number in addition to by date via Communication Reports.

    Can you elaborate on this? How is it not working, are you getting any error messages, have you spoken with our support team already?

    Allow users to change the email domain from which the newsletters are sent, so that they don't come from do_not_reply@ident.com.

  7. Contact the office with an email when Dentrix fails to communicate with patients to confirm appts.

    Contact the office with an email within 24 hrs when Dentrix fails to communicate with server regarding patient confirmations. Patients may have changed their appointment but they are still getting contacted with old information if we don't catch it! There should be an automatic reply that lets an office know there has been a break in communication if it is more than 24 hrs.

  8. Fix Quick Bills - allow bills to remain on the screen until notification received that the server sent bills and they are received.

    Presently the bills disappear from the screen once they are sent. If there is an error and they are not received at e-central, you have to review all the bills again in an effort to transmit. Very frustrating and time consuming.

  9. Patient access menu should not include tabs for info not in selected in websync

    Patients are confused by menu tabs with no info uploaded. If we don't select that upload in websync, tab should be removed from patient account access menu online.

  10. Please improve the kiosk to be able to update medical histories, and patients can sign them on an ipad or other device.

    It would be great to update patient's medical histories and be able to have them sign them on an ipad (or other device) in the reception room

  11. Please make it so if the appointment operatroy changes but not time the patient does not get a thank you for scheduling reminder

    When we have to switch operatories / providers I would like to request that the patient does not get a text message saying thank you for scheduling when the time was not changed

    We need a spell check button on Dentalink. Its everywhere else in Dentrix, why not here? Would help with my sloppy typing...

  13. Change WebSyncReminder to a service so that it can be started automatically, unattended.

    Currently WebSyncReminder.exe can only be run after someone has logged into the computer. All workstations are shutdown nightly and the server is rebooted weekly. WebSync will not occur until someone logs into the server. This leads to a failure to sync. Running on a workstation doesn't change the problem, as someone needs to log into that, and leaving a workstation running constantly isn't a good solution.

  15. Need additional formats for scroll bar that shows up for the link set up on website for surveys

    The scroll bar is only format available for the link to our website for surveys and reviews. It is not a very attractive addition to our website, although we do like to share the reviews on our website

  16. Allowing attachments to be sent regardless of claim status.

    There are times when an insurance carrier requests additional information for a claim they have partially paid or denied. eCental’s system lists the claim as settled or "Zero Pay" which means attachment(s) can not be submitted electronically.

  17. MORE INFORMATION ON NYS MEDICAID ELIGIBILITY

    New York State Medicaid eligibility response needs more information. (1) looking for the MCD/MC EXEMPTION CODES (ie: 81,95 or none). (2) Other insurance info fields, looking for the subscriber ID numbers. (When verifying Medicaid directly thru NYS web portal eMedNY this information is provided)

  18. Username color in Dentalink

    There needs to be a way to quickly pick out usernames that show in the chat window for Dentalink. Right now the usernames and text are all black and it makes it hard to find each new message. It would be great to set the usernames to a colored text or even just bold them for better readability.

  19. Can we have the ability to write our clinical notes with epad. This is because some of us type very very slowly.

    We are already using epad for signing the consent form and treatment plan.
    if this can be used to write clinical note that will be great.

  20. consistent reply code for confirming appointments..

    It will be helpful for all patients to have a consistent reply code for confirming their appointments.. Right now , sometimes the patient is asked to respond by texting #1 , other times patients are asked to respond #2 to confirm etc. (all cancellations and rescheduled appointments should be done as a separate call)
