How can we improve eCentral?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. Surveys/Reviews should post REGARDLESS of patient giving stars AND writing review.

    When patient responds to survey sent them it should still post if they only do a written review OR if they only give us stars.

  2. Correspondence Campaign - NOT Delivered Report should be fixed

    The current report is useless. It should be an exception report to show us if we have an email that was not deliverable. But you have to sift through the report. No one at e-central even knows what the purpose of this report is for. I think it was meant to assist in alerting us to correct emails addresses, but it is impossible to use the report.

  3. Replying to an Unknown Sent Text

    When a text comes in it only shows what the patient is replying to our automated texts. We should be able to see the text message that we sent to the patient in the same text they sent back to us. We might get a reply of yes, no, not able, need to reschedule, etc... If a patient has more than one appointment, which appointment are we to reschedule, or if they reply yes, what are they replying to? This is very confusing and the patients get irritated when we call them and have no clue what they were referring…

    Can I set something up that will provide me an email alert when someone fills out the electronic form from the site?

  6. Kiosk Problems!!

    PLEASE REMOVE THE "SAVE & LOGOUT" button at the bottom of the patient check in screen!! This creates so much confusion and most patients are clicking save and logout rather than "next" (even with instructions given verbally and written). We then have to log the patient back in to complete the entire sign in process and they become very frustrated. Removing the "save & logout" button would eliminate this issue!

  7. To be able to change the operatory schedules months in advance for a change in the doctor/provider schedule.

    To be able to change operatory schedules for future so not to continue scheduling providers when they will or will not be available. Also, to be able to change ALL operatory/chairs at the same time, not one at a time.

  9. Choose patient status for newsletters.

    Newsletters are not working, even though the designers think they are. I don't want to send newsletters to archived patients - they are that status for a reason. I used the feature and had archived patients sending me angry emails that they have moved and they don't want the extra junk mail. This feature needs to be fixed!!! The design team needs to consult with actual dental offices and not rely on what they think is a good idea!

  10. fill appointment

    After a text is sent via Fill Appointment it would be nice to have a column stating last time text was sent thru Fill appointment so we dont keep sending texts to the same people all the time. Right now we have to go to our communications report to find out who got a text. Very time consuming and not user friendly.

  12. Transmit secondary insurance information to the primary

    This information used to transmit and with the new updates, it does not and from what your representative stated today, there are no plans to fix it. This is a claims processing delay, when the secondary insurance information does not transmit there is a lot more paperwork. If it transmitted, the claim would crossover and pay the same day as the primary. When it does not transmit, the EOB has to be scanned, then attached to the secondary claim, then submitted to insurance, around three weeks later, the secondary claim will pay.

    We have an employee that handles appointments and one employee that handles payments and I would like a way to split the emails that are sent so they go to each employee for their specific jobs.

  15. No instructions for new patient questionaires

    When new patients go to our website there is no instructions to fill out both forms and no instructions to click on link for forms.

  18. Contact Provider Button

    We would like to see the Contact Provider button added back to the automated emailed generated and sent to our patients requesting confirmation instead of only the Confirm button.

    Have a column which lists the last appointments time so we can fine tune our texts that are being sent out to patients who have a similar time.
