I don't understand why the eligiblity is checked every few days. I myself try to be a week ahead on this. If I try to used ecentral appointment manager for this, it is not updated. This is infuriating1 vote

Currently whenever we check Eligibility for Mass Health Patients using dentrix - we may get a FALSE- Eligible response when the patient is in fact NOT ELIGIBLE. This is because once the patient exits on massresourses.org data respository (even as only SafetyNet eligible) they come back as Eligible. This is misleading because MassHealth will NOT pay for their visit anywhere else but at BMC. Please differentiate between payor ids for Mass Health and any other medicaid/medicare coverage provided by Commonwealth Care so that Eligible status really means the patient is Eligible for coverage at any provider office. Rather than going through the Insurance eligibility and manually sending the information to the Document Center; would be great if there was an option to allow the information to be entered in the Document Center8 votes
We neeed . 1. 3yrs or 5ys for pano or FMX
2. sealants pemorars or molars only
3. bwx 6 months or 1 /yr
4. date last px / bwx / pano / FMX ( for new patients or returning patients_)
Just a few . We still have to call the insurance for these items and it takes time .
