  1. Posting payment agreements in "patient ledger" not guarantour

    We have the Dentrix e pay. We were using power pay previously. I have found that when posting a payment agreement amount, the system defaults the payment to the guarantor's ledger instead of the patient who the payment should actually go to. for example the children are charged out for orthodontia. The monthly payment needs to go into that child's ledger but it is inconveniently defaulting to the parents ledger. This is EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT AND TIME CONSUMING BECAUSE WE THEN HAVE TO MOVE THE PAYMENT FROM THE PARENT TO THE CHILD SO THE LEDGERS ARE ACCURATE. ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE IS…

  2. power pay

    PLEASE GIVE OPTION TO AUTOMATICALLY PROCESS DUE POWER PAY CONSENTS! I have trouble getting time to go into power pay every day to review and process due consents. Then, I get behind and the patients payment isn't processed and that get's the payment plan off and everyone is unhappy, front desk, patient and doctor. It's 2017, this shouldn't be that difficult. So frustrating!

  3. fix duplicate entry with power pay and insurance payments

    when insurers send electronic payments that have to be processed through powerpay, we also have to itemize the payment and it duplicates a payment. can this be fixed?

    I would recommend you speak with our support team regarding this.

  4. Print Power Pay customer and office receipts on 1 page

    Right now ,after processing a power pay credit card transaction, the customer receipt and the office receipt print on separate, full sheets of paper. This is causing a major waste of paper in our office. I would like for there to be an option for both to print on 1 sheet that can be cut in half saving a lot more paper waste in the office.

  5. in powerpay, when a charge is declinded, that information should be accessable by us to give a copy to patients.

    When using Powerpay, a decline of a transaction should be accessible by us to view (for more than a few seconds) and also print a copy for the patient. I find that when this happens, patients want the decline info to contact the bank.

  6. We have just started using PowerPay, and though we like the system I am dismayed at how much paper we use for the credit card reciepts.

Could you please look into a way to print both the patient's receipt and the practices copy on one sheet of paper? We are going through reams of paper! Not only is it costly but it is not good for the trees!

  9. Moneris - we need more options to process credit cards than ONLY Moneris

    Moneris has a clunky back end user experience. Their website is not modern or easy to navigate. They are known to have higher fees than many other credit card processing companies. We need to have more than one option to select when choosing a credit card processing company. Integration is key so we can avoid error and additional time/steps in having to make multiple entries for the same data. But Moneris has not evolved as much as many of the other credit card processing companies.

  10. Allow for PowerPay receipts to be printed seperately.

    It would be nice if PowerPay receipts printed from our printed on two seperate pages. Currently, each receipt has an "office copy" and a "customer copy" on one sheet of paper. We waste time everyday cutting the paper in half because patient's want the bottom copy.

    We are planning on this feature in the near future. We plan on supporting the major mobile payment applications.

  12. Power pay receipts currently print two, office and patient copies, on one page. Change to individual receipts.

    Payments out of Power Pay print two receipts to one page - patient and office copies. It's very unprofessional to have to tear or cut the paper. Receipts need to print out separately.

  13. POWER PAY - active mangaged consents should be listed in alphabetical order to make searching easier

    Active managed should be listed in alphabetical order to improve the ease of searching for a patients existing payment plan. Also the power pay button should stay lit in yellow for all family members when there is an active consent. Not just on the actual patient that has the consent.

    I would like to see a remarks section in Power Pay. If a charge does not go thru, i would like to document my contacts with that person without leaving Power Pay Due Consents screen...

  16. I DETEST the change with the "upgraded" powerpay/moneris!!!

    We are having a terrible time balancing without having access to the reports we lost not being able to access the power pay server due to the recent power pay update/upgrade. You have to use the Moneris website to process most refunds and the website is difficult to navigate. Please get me my power pay reports back!

  17. Simplify power pay - prepay

    Currently the only way a patient can pre-pay with Power Pay is a very lengthy process with consents. This process needs to be simplified so that Power Pay can accept a payment on an account with a zero balance!

  18. Depost Slip - Voided Credit Card payment- Inaccurate Total Deposit

    Currently when a credit card payment is voided, the payment and voided amount correctly appear in the Power Pay Reports and the individual's ledger. Unfortunately the payment is manually deleted from the patient's ledger, it still appears as a payment in the Deposit Slip Report under the Credit Card Payment and included in the Credit Card Total and the Total Deposit calculation. Therefore the Total Deposit amount is incorrect. It has been recommended to run a Daily Collection report to determine these voids, then subtract this amount from the Total Payment amount, I can just as easily look at the…

    Power Point 5.0, I don't like that the "office copy" and the "cardholder copy" is printed on one page and can't be adjusted. It's veery confusing for the patients... and more work for us, making copies and explain to the patients

  20. powerpay

    Add custom notes to PowerPay consents. That way if a patient has a special request such as needing to be called before we process their monthly charge we can add that information with the consent.
