How can we improve eCentral?

When checking for duplicate claims, check for changed subscriber information

If a claim is submitted within 24 hours of the same claim but has different subscriber or patient information, don't reject the claim as a duplicate. Corrected claims keep getting rejected as duplicates.

The claim should be pushed through no matter what!! A computer system should not decide that a claim should be rejected because it is a duplicate. There should be a check box or something for "RESUBMISSION".
