Personalize Survey Sendouts
There should be an option for what type of "appointment" gets a survey. For instance, a person who we have on the schedule for a Care Call should not get a survey email. But the person who was on the schedule for a cleaning should get one. There should be an option to customize who gets a survey.
Along with being able to change, add, or delete survey questions, it would be extremely helpful to customize the look and text of the email that is sent to patients. We enter patients into a drawing for prizes when they complete their survey, yet we can't convey this in the email. It's disappointing that we can't have our logo or the same consistent look as our other emails in the survey email. The stock photo of the lady holding the clipboard is uber cheesy and generic. It doesn't even look like the email is coming from our practice when they open it -- not a good way to brand your practice.
