How can we improve eCentral?

Turn off online eligibility checks for individual ins companies

NC Medicaid charges $.08 per online check and if using the eCentral for others, automatically uploads Medicaid. Too hard to work for so little money and get hit with ADDITIONAL charges. Stop it now, PLEASE!
