How can we improve eCentral?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

    Can a reminder be added to an email for the patient to remember to bring their nightguard or to take premed?

  3. Universal Search

    Search for any term to bring up related info contained anywhere in ecentral.

    Example 1: Search for a patient's name

    -This would bring up all information contained anywhere in ecentral, about this patient:

    -Their appointment time and reason from the Appointment Manager

    -Whether they've been sent correspondance, what type, and whether they've used the confirm button in an email reminder to confirm their appointmet, or whether they've filled out a survey, from the Communications manager

    -Their patient account status, user id and password, and any payments they've made online, from the website manager

    -Their insurance eligibility status and any claims…

  5. Patient form input via Kiosk/Web/Questionnaire severly limited due to no signature at time of input

    Without the patient being able to complete and sign a form (questionnaire) at the same time as they are inputing their data, the usefullness of these methods of patient input is severly reduced by the lack of a signature. In a busy office, it's nearly impossible to get the Administrative Staff to remember to get a signature every time. The completion of the form and the signature need to be coupled together. This is especially error prone when the form is submitted via the web.

  6. Schedule appointments with our phones

    Our office phones are transferred to the office cell phone after hours, of which I have the pleasure of handling and it would be nice if we could schedule appointments with our phones so I don't have to boot up or even carry around a netbook.

    We should be able to edit the postcards for our office. We want to add first and last names and change some wording.

  11. Allow ability to choose multiple payment type definitions when posting a payment through PowerPay

    only allows you to choose one payment type..would be better if we could separate m/c visa disc amex into different definitions.

  13. Kiosk - choose forms available for each patient

    Right now the choice of "New Patient" or "Existing Patient" for patients to fill out forms is very limiting. I would like to be able to select the forms for patients individually from the Kiosk start window. If I only want a Medical Update that would be all the patient would have to navigate through. If I want a patient satisfaction survey in combination with a medical history form I select those two forms. If I only need a HIPAA form I select that. having a package of forms for a new patient may make sense but for an existing…

  14. Allow E-Claims to accept attachements for ins companies that don't accept attachments

    Since E-Claims can receive e-claims for insurance companies that do not accept electronic claims (E-claims prints and mails the claim in), I would like to be able to send attachments to the same E-claims Payor ID (06126) and have E-Claims accept the attachments, print the attachments and mail it with the paper claim.

    We shouldn't have to print claims and mail them in just because a company doesn't accept attachments.

  17. Office Journal

    In dentrix when we would generate and mail out recall cards it would go to the Office jounal with a description of what was sent. We would like more specific information in the office journal other than just web correspondence- ei recall #2 sent, text sent reminder, etc. this way we know from history what was done on this patient.

  18. Change the Websyncreminder from an EXE to an SERVICE like eSync

    Third Party software and Windows can stop the Websyncreminder.exe from running on time or even running at all. Instead trying to track down the issue with windows, change the way the auto websync runs. Have it run as a service like eSync. Take away the possibility of the exe being blocked.

  20. Electronic statements

    I would like the following things added:
    1. A link with a note in the family guarantor in Dentrix mentioning when statement was sent.
    2. Update your forms that you print statements on to reflect the DUE DATE. It is a super important feature that Dentrix developed but you still haven't gotten up to date on it and we are losing money because they don't see the URGENCY to put the dentist bill on the top because there's no due date! PLEASE UPDATE THAT ASAP!
