How can we improve eCentral?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. Allow Customers to include their dental reviews in their own sites

    Patient Reviews are easy to include within the dental practice's own website by including the review link in an iframe tag. The problem is that eCentral formats the reviews with a right margin at 224px creating a lot of white space and text wrapping for all but a full desktop display.

    This is a formatting problem on mobile, tablet or when the reviews do not span the entire page are are forced to wrap the review in a narrow column. Solution are: provide a second copy that is user formatable (keep the css tags, dont include hard coded internal css,…

  2. Questionnaires

    Submitted date on website.

    We used to view the new patient forms on our website with the submitted date. I understand this was removed on an update. This was useful for us, so that we can verify information on the form and our doctor could go over the forms in front of the patient without having to log into Dentrix in front of them.

  3. Personalize Survey Sendouts

    There should be an option for what type of "appointment" gets a survey. For instance, a person who we have on the schedule for a Care Call should not get a survey email. But the person who was on the schedule for a cleaning should get one. There should be an option to customize who gets a survey.

  6. respond to reviews

    Add the ability to respond to Patient survey reviews when notified that a review has been left. Just like we can on Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc. I would love to be able to shoot a quick "Thank you" reply directly to the patient without having to send a completely separate email.

  7. Acknowledge a patient when they complete their questionnaire submission. Just say "Thanks for your Submission".

    Patients keep calling us asking if we got their submission - when it would be so easy if they just saw a post "Thanks for your submission", once they finished. Just a thought.....

    We have an employee that handles appointments and one employee that handles payments and I would like a way to split the emails that are sent so they go to each employee for their specific jobs.

    When new patients go to our website there is no instructions to fill out both forms and no instructions to click on link for forms.

  11. Allow for Autopay option on patient online account access, as well as quicker update times on ledger balance

    As the title implies, we'd like to see improvements for how patients can pay online with the website manager features. We'd like options for patients to set up an autopay option to save cards online to set up auto-pay like you can with a banking website. Also the ledger transactions don't show up immediately after they have been marked completed in the ledger, and websync has uploaded.

  12. quicker non confirmation text response

    I would like to be able to access the non confirmation texts easier. If a copy of the non confirmation text response was included in the email notification or when signing on to the ident site there was a direct link to the text responses. I cannot access on my cell phone either when signed in to ecentral site.

  18. Make it easier to rerun a websync that should have run a previous day

    If a websync did not run on Sunday and we come into office on Monday and discover that, it is difficult to rerun. Each template has to be run separately

    Alert the office by email or text that a websync did not run. If a websync does not run i.e. could not connect to internet.. that's it . it does not run until we return to office which could be a week later if we are on vacation.
