  1. Have the Questionnaire responses be in a different color - red, for example. More easily visible.

    Have the responses in Questionnaires be in a contrasting color such as red, for easier visibility.

  2. Completing appointment without Clinical Note

    We should NOT be able to "gray out" or complete the appointment on Appointment Book View if 1) insurance has not been batched for the day and 2) if No clinical note was signed.

  3. When making appointments, the staff tab should be defaulted to the person who has logged in.

    The staff should not need to have an extra click every time an appointment is made to denote who is making the appointment.

  4. abilty to delete special adjustment on ledger or fix it in dentrix

    Ability to delete special adjustment or for it to never appear in the first place. When separating a family it should reflect correctly, not with special adjustments.

  5. Auto confirmation for on-line forms

    eCental - When patients complete forms on-line and hit "submit", create a reply with a confirmation message that the forms were sent. This is actually a big deal and causes a lot of confusion for our new patients.

  7. Create a way to track open tertiary claims on an insurance aging report.

    Presently, there is no way to run a report to see any tertiary insurance claims that are still open. Please create this option.

  8. Adding the doctor to Hygiene Appointment

    It would be great to show which provider the patient is assigned to on they hygiene appt. So in the Appointment Display Info, there should be an option to show provider that matches what's in the Family File instead of which provider they are scheduled with. We can see that with the colors assigned to each provider.

  9. Addition ASAP list for unscheduled patients

    I think it would be extremely helpful if the ASAP list had an option of adding non-scheduled patients to that list. The make up of the ASAP list is just patients that are scheduled but would like to get in sooner. However, we have run into the situation where our patients are looking for a specific day or time but do not want to be scheduled out but just called if a cancellation occurs. Would that be an option? As of right now I just have a bunch of sticky notes on my desk of all the patients that want…

  10. walk out / stmts

    We have a few patients that file their own supplemental insurance and they need just a walk out or a statement the date of service. I would like to see the procedure codes beside the treatment that was done. As of right now we are typing up some labels and cutting and sticking this info on the paper and making a copy of the paper so the labels won't peel off.

  11. Insurance claims batched

    be able to run a report to see insurance claims batched but have not been sent. so that you can re create them to send to the insurance company, instead of having to run the insurance aging report.

  12. We would like to include out logo on treatment plans

    We include financial arrangement notes on all of our treatment plans. We would like to include our office logo with the notes, as a patient gets a copy of the signed treatment plan.

  13. Health History Questionnaire Condition/Allergy Section Should Be Yes or No Answers

    Due to HMO Ins Carriers REQUIRING Yes or No answers in the Health Hx portion of the questionnaires, my recommendation is that this health history questionnaire needs to be re coded in all conditions, allergy, and heart related issue sections, etc. to have the Yes or No question setup without being 10 pages long. I'm sure we are not the only dental practice to have this issue- or it's an issue that just hasn't been discovered by most dental offices as of yet. Please reply at your soonest convenience.

  14. save prescription into clinical notes

    It would be really nice if when an prescription is entered into the prescription log that it would be copied into the clinical notes for that patient-- such as how it would show up on the printed out prescription

  15. Posting Advanced Payments (Deposits)

    We have patients that want to pay in advance before we've completed procedures, and if the payment number is larger than the total completed procedures, Dentrix won't let us input it (e.g. completed is $500 but patient wants to pay $1000).

  17. Have a report to show total pmts

    Patients are calling to get total payments for 2018 for their taxes. Have to go to ledger and add up all patient payments. Have a report to show totals for the year

  18. Broken Appts

    Broken Appt triggers secondary window
    1 pinboard or add to unscheduled list
    2. default with fee with option to delete the fee
    3 categorize the time given by pt eg, No Show, Day Before or Day of
    4. categorize the provided of the appt (RDH or Dr)
    5. Track broken appts so I can request upcoming weeks pts that are "High Cncl" pts

  19. Open up more than one patient at a time

    We should be able to open more than one patient at a time. It can be very frustrating when front desk is in the middle of something on one patient and then an assistant needs a treatment plan checked or something else and we have to close out what we were currently working on to help the assistant get what they need.

  20. Time stamp when an appointment is made or changed

    Time stamp when an appointment is made along with the date. We record calls and a time stamp is necessary to find the call we are looking for.
