  2. Bring back clinical note opening while claim is open.

    The G7 update deleted the ability to open clinical notes while in progress claim is open. Claim windows need to be closed, open clinical notes then reopen claim.

  3. *EXISTING OPEN DOOR TO EMBEZZLEMENT!* Password edit/modify will allow fee changes

    In ledger we use completed procedures to add a note "why a cancelled or broke appointment", this function also would allow any fee change prior to being set complete without having to be over-ridden. Likewise, also in ledger, any payment edit note (to mark/change as OTC or A/R). And in clinical charting an edit (EO or TP or C) also would allow fee changes prior to set complete. Audit trail reports are great after-the-fact but as we see it THESE ARE ALL OPEN DOORS FOR EMBEZELMENT and require an immediate answer/resolution. We hope that there may be other fail-safes that…

  4. WE are interested in an daily organizer. A daily pop up of items that need to be taken care of that day.

    A pop up organizer that would remind you of daily items to be done. For example- If a patient needed Premed 6 months down the road called in we would pick the date needed and add that the patient needed an RX called into the pharmacy.

    VOICE PRO NEEDS TO BE CAPABLE OF BEING USED WHEN POSTING PAYMENTS ON THE LEDGER... IT WOULD HELP MILLIONS OF PEOPLE THAT HAVE CARPAL TUNNEL. HELP!

  6. ability to alter teeth in tooth chart

    We have a patient who is missing #28. #27 is in #28's spot. We need to leave #R where is it in the tooth chart. We are unable to change #28 to #27.

  7. There should be an option of making the medical alert show up on the appointment.

    when putting in a note, we dont always want the alert to show up on the appointment. example, if the pt has no medical history and is healthy. we put a note in saying the pt. is healthy and the date the health history was updated. but we dont want the alert to show up on the appointment.

  9. Dentrix Mobile Needs Patient Financial Info

    Dentrix Mobile Needs Patient Financial Info, along with other very important data. Another user posted something similar requesting additional info from the database accessible in Dentrix Mobile. We find Dentrix Mobile rather useless without more data. Deadbeat patients who have huge debts never show up on the (Dentrix Mobile) radar unless we remote in to our office and access a workstation.

  10. Please send an alert or notice when E-Services are NOT working properly.

    Please send an alert or some type of notice when there are issues with services being disrupted. We have had a few patients (and occasionally staff members) who cannot do their forms, or do other necessary tasks, online or in the office and this causes delays/frustrations throughout the day.

  11. Billing statements

    When viewing billing statements, if primary insurance has paid there portion and the patient has secondary insurance and has been billed but not paid on, please provide secondary insurance information so we know not to send the statement because secondary has paid on the claim yet.

  12. Premium Members

    When premium members require technical assistance, those inquiries should be directed ONLY to a stateside representative. It is very frustrating to be placed on hold when a foreign customer service representative can barely speak English and is learning the answer to your question while you wait. Then when they finally return to your call and tell you it takes time to reach a supervisor, more time is taken from your work day. Because premium members pay more for technical support, I believe we should go direct to an American representative.

  14. Please add the ability for us to obtain the patient's employment information and spouse's information on the Heatlh History Form

    If we are turning a patient over to our collection attorney they require the patient's demographic information and the spouse's information along with employer name, address and phone number for both. We are unable to get this information on the health history information to print off for them.

    it would be helpful in the future to allow flags to be dismissed for the day per user, and not for everyone. sometimes i dismiss flags because i've been in a family file 6x that day but someone else needs to see that notice; however, i learned today that if i dismiss it, it dismisses it for everyone.

  19. Print CDT codes on the prescriptions

    As of 12-29-17 in Ohio the CDT code needs to be on the prescriptions along with the days supply. We would like to be able to merge the cdt code on the prescriptions.

    This can be accomplished by modifying the “Sig” body of the prescription, please see article # 88437 on our resource center, located at www.dentrix.com/resource-center/

    I will keep this idea active, as having this process automated is a good suggestion.

  20. search options - any phone or preferred name

    It would be nice to be able to find a patient with any of the 4 phone numbers they gave us. Or by their preferred name. Many of our patients only go by their preferred names and we cannot remember their birth name.
