  1. Longer time on ecentral before it times out!

    Everytime I go back to the ecentral communication correspondence, I have to log back in...Very annoying
    Also, I want to be able to text patients right from their family file.. I know we can email people.. but people respond to text messages immediately

  2. estatement

    Would like to have the ability to search previously sent statements to verify they were sent. I have had two or three times is said statements were sent and reports are done but statements still show not sent in office manager. If I send again, I get double billed AND patient gets two statements. I know with E Claims I can see past claims sent, maybe incorporate this into E Statements?

  3. Bulk email to all "Referred By" doctors

    We'd like an option to send a bulk or mass email to all of our "Referred By" doctors in our database likely thru eCentral. Just like we have the option to send a mass email to patients.

  4. Send printout of chat

    Just did an online chat w/ Dentrix - which included a lot of info. Had to take a screen print of it, since Dentrix doesn't have the capability of sending the chat.

  5. Show guarantor on letter and envelope

    When mailing a letter for a refund on account, Dentrix inputs the patient info on the refund letter and envelope. I would like the guarantor info to be listed. When viewing entire family ledger, anything mailed out (stmt, letterhead, envelope) should print with guarantor info. I would also like the ledger to include statements. The date they were sent and the amount. There should also be a place attached to each claim in the ledger where notes can be viewed. (Pt exceeds age limit or plan limit for fluoride, Pt exceeds plan limit for x-rays, Ins coded a series of…

  6. FREE Office Messenger System

    We need to have a FREE office messenger system to be able to communicate with each other. We should not have to pay extra for that.

  7. PATIENT NEWSLETTERS

    WHEN SENDING NEWSLETTER THEY MUST MUST! ONLY GO TO ACTIVE PATIENT NOOOOOT TO ALL PATIENTS! INACTIVE PATIENTS GET VERY UPSET IF THEY RECEIVE EMAILS FROM US. THIS FEATURE IS EXTREMELY RIDGE AND MUST BE FIXED ASAP TO AVOID ISSUES WITH OUR INACTIVE PATIENTS.

  8. Changing the date format in confirmation e-mails to M-D-Y instead of D-M-Y

    A lot of patient's get confused with the format for their appointments in the e-mail conformations.. In Canada we go by M-D-Y which works best, so maybe have the option to chose what format we have for eCentral.

  9. G7 newsletter in Communications Manager

    When sending out newsletters there should be options to choose billing type. The point of newsletters is to reach certain patients. Most offices organize their patients by billing type.

  10. I want Dentrix to handle messages/questions from patients for staff including notifications to the appropriately flagged staff

    I would like to be able to manage phone messages using Dentrix. For example, if a patient calls to ask a question, I would like to be able to (Best Solution): take down the message in the patients Journal and either notify the Doctor in Dentrix or (Second Best Solution): print out the message with the details of the message including call back number and give it to the Doctor. Do either of these solutions exist?

  11. Referrals

    It would be great to be able to print a referral to a specialist and have all the patients information on the form. Name, address DOB and insurance information.

    Dentalink could use an upgrade with better ways to use it. Different sounds for different people to be messaged, responses to all, linked messages such as Linda -Patient Ready -Room2.

  16. ecentral email/texts to more than one email

    ecentral emails go to one email, which is the office one. after hours or on weekends I dont check the office email. Why cant ecentral send an email when there is an incoming text to more than one email so after hours I dont have to keep checking my business email

  17. Communication manager

    We text with our patients frequently, upon their request. We need an easier to access their information and to see past communications to them. Being able to simply type in their name and access all information would be amazing. We came from a very high performing communication manager before this and we feel a little let down with the lack of options and flexibility this system offers.

  18. Mass emails for newsblast

    I would love to have the feature available to mass email our patients newsblasts. For example: End of year benefits reminders. I love this feature in Solution Reach. If y'all did this then I would really have no use for them anymore. So in other words more patient engagement features and stuff geared towards marketing. Angie

  19. Add a text option

    make it possible for patients to text us as a form of contact. Currently yes they can text us only as a reply to an appt reminder. Make it an option that they can initiate a text for appt request or what ever they need.

  20. On the fill appointment text list

    Fill appointment text list: it would be nice to have a column for a check box that indicates a text has already been sent to patient today. And have that column clear itself each night. When front office and clinical staff are sending texts, patients are getting several messages. It's very time consuming to look at each patients journal every time you have an opening to fill.
