Appointment added to Outlook/Google Calendar
Our patients are asking if there is a way to have their appointment added to their Outlook or Google Calendar directly from the email we send to them.

As a workaround, instruct your patients in these simple steps:
In Outlook, the patient can drag-and-drop the message directly to the calendar to create an event.
In Gmail, with the message open, click More Actions -> Create Event.
