Archive Document Center documents

Allow documents in the Document Center to be ARCHIVED based on the date scanned. This way old documents won't need to be part of the daily backup (saving tons of offsite storage space = money). Allow the user to see archived documents in the doc center for a patient if needed. (Basically this would entail saving archived docs to a separate folder that could be backed up separately).

        I think this is a great idea---we are moving towards being paperless..about 90% paperless now. my only question is what about the health history in doc. center? if archiving happened yearly, would our most current health history be archived as well?
