Print signatures for signed documents
When printing a document which has been signed, there should be an option to print the signature and date along with the document. An option to print the notes would also be appreciated.

Can we have Dr.'s signature electronically printed on insurance forms? Letters? I know there is software for this, I used to work in a medical office and we could chose to have the Dr.s signature printed on insurance claims under the heading "electronic signature"

Why can't it show up on the document - why is it hidden on the actual document??

We need this as well for our office. All signed documents in the Document Center should be able to be printed WITH THE SIGNATURE ON THE DOCUMENT. There should be the option as to where you want the signature to appear on the document (maybe in the print preview have an "add signature to printed document" button and then the ability to drag a box where the signature will appear). Basically we are making our Document center become the one-stop-shop for all patient information. It is the digital version of a hard copy patient chart/folder. So just about everything relating to a patient is printed to the Document Center (Treatment plans, med history, Insurance forms, Consent forms, Account data, etc.). This way whenever the doctor needs to look at some historical information about the patient that would otherwise only be in a hard-copy folder, it is now in the Document Center. We have the ePads in the office for digital signatures, but as the signatures don't print out when the docutments are printed, it adds a complication when needing to produce a signed document for some kind of evidence or review. Signatures do print out in other modules (like the treatment planner module), but we really need the document center to print them out as there are many forms and papers in there that need to be signed (like consent forms from Invisalign or other 3rd party organizations).

We're thinking of printing completed health history questionnaires to the document center and signing them there so that we can easily update the questionnaire at future visits. It would be ideal if I could print a past health history form with the captured signature from the patient included in the printout.
