Add a place for an explanation when posting an insurance payment

Add a place for an explanation when posting an insurance payment that displays on statements if a deductible was applied or reason for unexpected denial or copay.

        I agree - there are dental software programs with this feature and it makes sense to have this ability for patient billing questions.

        This would be a very helpful tool--especially if a patient calls and wants to know why the received a bill---you would be able to flag the date of service and find the reason quickly. (for those patients who don't call when they first receive a statement) will save a lot of time.
