Root tips as a condition

We want to be able to add root tips as a condition for charting purposes. Also need a graphic for it. This would enable us to have a more complete picture of the patients mouth.

Easy to program - just remove the crown from the root in the graphic!

Would like graphic in chart to show as actual retained root not missing or as a whole tooth. Thanks!

This has been a suggested change, it's listed under root tips as conditions, please add your vote to the suggestion already in place.
