How can we improve Dentrix?

I would like to be able to mass email patients directly from Dentrix and for Dentrix to keep track of emails sent. I would like to be able to separate patients' email addresses into lists, for example - unscheduled and ASAP - so when I have cancellations I can take 5 seconds to mass email the patients on my list instead of spending all day calling people and leaving messages.

        yes! EagleSoft has had that capability for years. I want to send an email "blast" for an upcoming open house; but was told Dentrix hasn't that function.
