Customize Route Slip
Route slip should be customizable. So we can print the patient's picture, highlight any medical problems better, write any notes pertaining to fees and patient portion.

To all interested I’d remind you that the Patient Visit Form (part of Dentrix G4 Productivity Pack 8) makes a good replacement for the route slip. It has many customizable options and satisfies many of the requests made in this topic.

Along with the information to be included being customizable, we would like to be able to print multiple slips on one piece of paper. We want less info on the routing slip than others do, and don't want to use a full sheet of paper for each patient each visit. If three fit on a page, there is paper available that is perforated into thirds. (much less paper into the land-fill :)

I would like to see hygiene history as well as pending treatment displayed in a way that is less confusing, it seems like just being listed at the botton causes confusion for the back office staff

Absolutely would love this. Would like the insurance information to be more detailed on the route slip. We add alot of notes regarding specific plans under insurance notes and would love to have those notes come up under the insurance info on the route slip. It is helpful knowing if they have a 6 month rule for exams and cleanings or if sealants are covered only on molars, if their insurance downgrades coverage for posterior resins etc. We also would like to see account messages , guaranteer msgs and all of the patient notes show up on the route slip

Would love to have email address on routing slips so would be able to confirm address from routing slip instead of having to look in family file

We are a pediatric office and would also like a primary and perminant tooth graph for charting. Customize meaning including and excluding patient or family information per routing slip.
