Linking procedure, clinical note, insurance claims to a tooth

I would like to be able to link an insurance claim, procedure, and clinical note. As well as any document ( in document center) pertaining to that procedure, tooth, insurance claim

        I would like to be able to click on the tooth in the chart and see what has been done in the past on that tooth, so if pt comes in with crown off, or a filling missing, you can easily look up and see what date it was done. Not have to scroll thru all 7 or more years of info. I had talked to a computer programer and he said it was an easy do..... Thank you

        Labs, referral letters, xrays, pictures, etc., all available with a Right-click on the tooth or group of high-lighted teeth in the chart. Right-click instead of "show by selected" button.
