How can we improve Dentrix?

Drag and Drop

I would like to be able to drag and drop a document sent to me via email directly into the document center. Right now I have to drag to desktop, release, then redrag and drop into doc center, then delete item on desktop.

        YOu can drop directly into doc center by your print options. Print to doc center and it will go into unfiled doc. file and you can put in patients file from there. In fact anything you print can be printed into the doc center.

        If you try to print that document and under the printers choose "Send to Dentrix Document Center", it will append it for you in the Document Center. Then when you open that patient's Doc Center, simply go to "Acquire" and "Unfiled Documents" and it should be there for you to just drag and drop and label. Hope this helps, this is what we do.
