lab case mgr receive date
If a lab case is returned to the lab, the received date should be blank, not the original receive date as the case is not back in the office

This is really basic and should be corrected asap. This issue has gone on for years! Please fix it!

Also if the lab case requires many different steps that it needs to be sent back for framework/ wax up, etc.

it happen to me I enter the fee from the lab and it added up it twice. saving the iformation for the lab fee double than what the work was done . The editing button does not help that much if you already saved by mistake and after that there is no way to rectify the procedure.
Also if you post the case you can not enter the procedure again unless you undo the posted case . enter it in the lab case and then post the treatment.
