  I absolutely agree that the questions that are being sent out from e-central should be customizable, as different practices will be stressing on different aspects and will need patient feedback on those.

  We would like to customize the questions and have also had patients comment to us that the survey doesn't make sense because it asks them to rate on a scale of one to five, but then gives choices like poor and great rather than numbers.

  Absolutely! Some of the questions are way to generalized and our patients get tired of seeing the same survey over and over. At least give us another option to build a second survey and alternate them.....
