        It would be helpful to record calls and attach conversations with documentaion in Dentrix re: financial arrangements/agreements/ missed appointments/ explanation of insurance, etc.

        This operation can be performed with call tracking software. You do not need a third party. Just need to be able to integrate that software with patient file.

        recording patient calls will need to be revealed to the patient they are being recorded. Different states have different laws. The best way to monitor calls and scripts is to have a secret patient call from time to time. Secret patient can be friend, family willing to help out.
