Entering STAFF ID should be mandatory and the system should NOT just use who last made appt.
At this time when using pinboard - the computer leaves the original ID in Staff ID. When changing or making new appt - this should go blank and always require the person making the appt add their ID. The history is an important feature but this is important. IE I don't make appt anymore yet my ID is still connected to the new appt made using the pinboard.

AGREED! It should default to whoever is logged in. It makes no sense to default to who made the original appointment.
MAYBE all the new comments will get this in the works! It's very frustrating when you don't know who scheduled and made mistakes w/. an appt.
Agreed. This is an excellent suggestion. Every change needs to be able to be attributed to poster/scheduler/staff.

I agree, i just made a suggestion myself, as I feel this problem exist in multiple fields that Staff members are not held accountable for, adjustments, reschedules, etc. I also feel that each staff initials should be pin protected. That way they cannot deny ownership of any situation.
