  In addition to a previous button, add the option when you answer one way to a question you can be prompted 1 of 2 ways to another question. You answer yes to a question and it takes you one way, you answer no it takes you another direction.

  That would be extremely helpful!!! Assistants frequently get ahead of me on exams and assume a condition and have to cancel out altogether and start over.

  We would like to have a back button on Clinical notes so you can correct the template without having to run through the whole thing again. You could also put previous and next.
