Electronic Rolodex (Address Book)
Would like an "electronic roladex" option built-in that could be accessed from any module that would have all of the insurance carrier names, addresses, and phone numbers available for immediate access. And other vendors (link with QuickBooks). A Rolodex feature where the user could add any records that were wanted, but also options to read all patients (showing patient picture, icons for alerts, oustanding treatment plan, perio score, appointments, CC, etc), referrals, employers, pharmacies, labs, etc. with links to Dentrix modules. Link to Auto Dial feature so they can look up the number, then have it dial. [1082]

This would be a wonderful addition to Dentrix- it would be nice if it could also be viewed through ident- would make weekend phone calls to pharmacies or specialist easier.

I use "Outlook Contacts" - but it would be nice if Dentrix could just build in this feature similar to that of Outlook Contacts.

Just to be able to look up another Dr's., plumbers, or reps number would be so nice. I agree this should be a basic function in Dentrix!

How wonderful to be able to view all patients at a glance in an e-mail address book so you can pick and choose who you would like to communicate with for newsletters and all forms of communications and updates.
