How can we improve Dentrix?

Perio exams to History (no edit)

Save perio exams to history when the month is closed. Exams that are in history should be locked so that they can't be edited. Also need an option to allow notes regarding the exam to be appended (for example if it should be deleted, or if there is a mistake that needs to be noted).

        You can currently choose File | Open, and select the date of any previous Perio exam. Once opened, you can print it. I see no reason why that would have to be discontinued with this change.

        I agree perio exams should be locked so they can not be edited, but if sent to history will you still be able to print them out? There have been times in the last 20 years in dealing with insurance co's they want past perio charting.
