Auto Dial: Show email address & add send message ability

Add ability to send email messages through Auto Dial. Show patient email addresses with option to Send Message. [46300]

        More and more of our patients are using e-mail , would be great from patient appointment to be able to send and receive e-mails.

        Just to add - this feature would be great but i have to specify it would be nice to go to your own email host not default to outlook or any specific email provider.
