Save Medical Alerts as text, not a reference

Need to change patient record so that medical alerts are a note, saved with the patient. Still allow selecting from the list, but insert selections in the patient's medical alerts note. Allow each medical alert for a patient to have a note for that patient. Should be able to attach an individual, customized medical alert to a patient without adding it to the main list. Display all of the patient's medical alerts, not just the first 3 or 4.

        Great idea. Right now medical alert is very inflexible. Should be able to add notes, date-stamped, and keep an ongoing record of the alerts. Adding to and changing it should still preserve the previous alerts.
