How can we improve Dentrix?

Global Patient Alerts

Allow a practice to specify criteria for displaying a patient alert when a patient who matches the criteria is selected. Global patient alerts that apply to any patients who meet certain criteria specified by the practice. For example, display a Patient Alert when a patient is selected for the Chart who has a Medical Alert. Or when a patient is selected in the Appointment Book who has more than 2 missed appointments or who has a balance over 90 days or over a certain amount, or a patient has had a cleaning within the last 6 months, etc. [3431 10750]

        pre med alert needs to be seperate. there needs to be an image of a pill or pill bottle that appears on appointments when a patient needs to pre med. The Medical Alert shows up on almost every patient. Everyone has allergies ect. Pre Med really needs to be seperate.

        Family balance and appointment failure notices that are populated automatically, especially when creating new appointments, would be EXTREMELY beneficial. I love this idea!

        I would imagine that the criteria for global patient alerts could be as diverse as the filters for the Letter Merge module. Great suggestion, and I hope the Dentrix team is able to add this one soon!

        Yes! this goes hand in hand with entering freq limits in the insurance coverage table screen. Let's all work together!
