Fee Schedule List: Add more options
For the Fee Schedule Report, add options for the following. Exclude procedures with zero fees; hide specific columns; sort by procedure code, category, highest fee to lowest fee, description, etc.; double space; select multiple fee schedules without using a range; exclude lab and material fees. A couple of other ideas to suggest:
Allow the "Lab Expense" and "Material" columns to be removed. This would provide two additional columns to show two more fee schedule columns.
Allow the user to select specific fee schedules which may not be near each other in a range. -

It would also be nice to send the fee schedule to an excel document for personal customization.
