How can we improve Dentrix?

Signature w/ ePad II - Clinical Note

Every time I sign my clinical note I have to click once to open the Sign Clinical Note Window and then click another time to open the ePad II window to digitally sign the clinical note. The Denxtix software should be smart enough to know an ePAd II is connected and open the signature window automatically without having to click twice. Repetitive f(x) need to be removed from the Dentrix software. This is a prime example.

I don't know if this is the same issue. I have a Bamboo tablet/pen device with USB cable tethered to my office PC and it's great for signing charts digitally. But here is the work flow problem that I have. Whenever I sign a chart I go to the appointment book, click on the first appointment in the first column, (the notes have been entered by my assistant already), click the appointment, click the tooth chart icon, click the date entry, click for the time entry under that, check that the chart entry has been noted, click the signature button, sign the field and then click back to the appointment book. Rinse and repeat (30, 40 times for a single day). Takes me about an hour to sign all the charts for a single day. Hey Dentrix! How about a field, icon button, whatever, where you can see all your unsigned notes in ONE PLACE, in a tiled format then you sign the first one and the program immediately lets you look at the next note and sign it with no further clicks and you just get to keep doing that till they are all done. Also have a way to stop signing and edit individual notes as needed and then pop right back to signing. This would be a huge timesaver. Thanks for listening
