I often export the Continuing Care list to an excel spreadsheet to make it easier to sort by differnet criteria. The asterisk in front of the name prevents me from sorting by name. Names with asterisks (for head of household) will group together followed by those without (dependents). This makes it difficult to see which family members have scheduled appointments and which ones don't.
This similar problem exits in other lists, such as the Unscheduled List or the ASAP list where the person's title precedes the name. If you must keep the asterisks or tiitles, I suggest they be placed on a different column OR allow the sort feature on these reports by clicking on the name of the column (similiar to how it's done in the communication manager on ecentral).
