Everything is going "touch" and tablets are the future of computing. The current buttons are too small and the older style toolbars were more easy to set up by adding spacing and customize which buttons are displayed. Although the buttons are nicer looking on newer modules, Dentrix has gone backwards in the ability to customize these toolbars. Other dental software developers are going this route and Dentrix needs to pick it up here.
