Disallow Patient Archive when Appointments exist
Don't allow archive unless no appointments on the book.

We have had several families that had not been in for years call us back to schedule appointments. After that during a fix we are doing for a conversion issue we archived all patients who had not been in for years. As we are slowly finding out Dentrix allowed these families to be archived and removed their appointments. We were only able to find out when they showed up! NOT GOOD.
