Allow Mass texts to be sent in communication manager to patients in need of a cleaning or that we have openings in our schedule today
Solution Reach allowed us to send out mass texts to our patients in need of a cleaning or who were waiting to get in with a specialist. It was very helpful and gave us the opportunity to fill our schedule fast.
I am happy to report that this in currently in development and will soon be going beta. We anticipate that this will release in Q4 2017.
Can we please add the option for our office to be able to send a bulk text to all the patients in our database. Our office lost our phone system today and the only way to notify our patients was by the patient newsletter email. Some patients will not give out email while others will not give out cell numbers. It would be nice if we had more than one way to reach out to patients on a mass scale.
When using the new "mass texting" feature to offer multiple people an appointment, I'd like the ability to click into the name and get more info before I included them in the group text.
