Arrows are great and all, but I would like to still be able to run some of the detailed reports Dentrix provides. The arrows and other hacks don't solve the issue. It would be nice if there was an option to continue an appt in a second op.

Adding arrows to the tx line is easiy! Just put >> or << to indicate pt being moved. Just two characters, taking three seconds to amend.

On the Appointment Book View, can we incorporate a red line that connects dual appointments? This could be turned on or off based on building view. It would be helpful if we have a lot of patients that see hygiene and doctor the same day.

This is especially helpful when they are seeing two providers....like hygiene and doctor.

we use --->>> or ---<<< in the appointment description area to signal us if they are on both the DDS and the hyg. schedule.

we created a status Xover in the apt then when we schedule them they are color coded as being in one chair and then the other so it is easy to see who has two apts scheduled when looking at the apt book.
