Add tooth #'s for select codes on claim
When I create a claim I would like the option to add a tooth number to some codes exmp D4341 & D4342. We should also be able to print a 0 (zero) in front of single digit numbers some insurance co. require the zero to make the number a two digit.

Currently the ADA guideline for the codes you mentioned is to apply quadrant information. If you desire, you can add additional notes to your claim this way: Double click it in Ledger, then double click the area the the claim. You'll see an area labeled "Remarks for Unusual Services". Type your note, and it will be included in the printed version or electronic submission.
For your double digit request: As far as making changes to the claims because of insurance carrier requirements, please contact support right away. They will likely ask you to provide documentation from your insurance carrier detailing specifically what the requirement is, which they can pass that on to the development team. You could also email support@dentrix.com with the request, if you prefer.
