  We absolutely would like this too! The teeth that print now are only anterior teeth. How silly is that? Please fix this!

  The state of Virginia just passed a new code that requires all lab forms to have the full upper and lower arch on the lab slip. It also requires the providers phone number and email address as well as Lab Contact person to show up on the lab authroization.As of right now we can not use the lab slip dentrix provides because of State Board Issues. If you could look into becomming compliant with the Virginia Dental Board statute 54. 1-2719 that would be great!
