Ability to remove lab case from appointment

Open Appointment Information. Click the Attach Case button. You'll see the line representing the case with a highlight behind it. Click somewhere in the empty window of this dialog box, so that the highlight disappears. Click OK and the case will unattach. Then uncheck the box "Attach Case" and click OK to the Appointment Information.

Sometime procedures change and we'd like to be able to "unattach" a lab case from an appointment.
