I would like to be able to attach a .wav file to a patient chart. I have a voice mail message in a wav format that I would like to make a part of the permanent chart. I have been told that it is not presently possible to do this. I would suggest that you make this available in Dentrix.

If you record your calls in your office, you could attach these phone calls directly to your patient files in your Dentrix system. This has obvious uses for referring back to how your office has interacted with a patient, or trying to remember what a patient wanted exactly when speaking to them on the phone. The uses are virtually unlimited.
