Please add a "You've successfully completed the questionnaire", so the poor patient isn't wondering isn't wondering if the page has dropped or if the office has successfully received the documents. I have patients filling the forms out multiple times and get to our office and we have no forms.30 votes

After the G7.1 update, we can no longer open other modules from the Ledger if a claim is open. This makes it difficult to get screen shots for attachments or opening the doc center to add in attachments. We now have to close out of the claim, take care of other business, then reopen the claim.3 votes

part of the problem here for dentrix is the very feedback option itself.
dentrix has no true roots. it tries to please everyone.
dentrix is a mammoth beast and that's not a compliment.
i can't imagine the customer phone support cost to dentrix that everyone is paying for - which is fueled by all the changes dentrix keeps making.
it's a giant catch 22.

The new version is not as user friendly as the previous version. Every month I have to call about resetting insurance benefits since the task scheduler refers to it in past tense when in fact the task is for the present month9 votes

With the update of G6.6, when applying finance charges, the totals in the Practice Analysis report are not correct. For the past 3 months, the Ending Balance MTD-Current and YTD-Current on the first page are not the same as the Total Receivables in the respective columns on the second page.The difference is exactly the amount of the Finance Charges. Also, the Finance Charges on the first page under those columns is double what the actual finance charges were. We have had to run a utility every month to correct this issue.1 vote

Since the recent upgrade to .6 we have had nothing but problems with our questionnaires. They will not download, we have called several times, had several utilities run which takes ALOT of time away from our patients as our server has to be turned off.
This is absolutely unacceptable. We cannot run a business properly when our software doesn't work. I am on hold again, for the 4th or 5th time- again- time away from my patients!
