Add options for the Time Clock to track sick leave, PTO, vacation, and holidays. Set up columns for regular hours and additional columns for each sick, vacation and holiday. Show vacation time as a different color. Options to auto pay holidays.

Time Clock passwords/identity passwords should be separate from all other DENTRIX system passwords.
Password should have ability to restrict both the VIEWING and EDITING of times.
Have Time Clock always prompt for a password even if a DENTRIX user is logged in.
Have a password option for running Time Clock reports and viewing them. Password protect punch history. [43064]

Here in California, overtime is paid on anything over 8 hours a day. Yet, the time clock feature does not break that out and we have to calculate the overtime manually. Couldn't you configure the time clock to separate out the overtime with the option to select 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week?

Also give us the option to export payroll report to Quickbooks format.

Have option to have time in hour decimal form rather than hours and minutes. i.e. 7.5 hours rather than 7:30 (for 7 hours and 30 minutes)

I would like to be able to put into our employee account on time clock confidential information on each employee, ie; salary, warnings, bonus, etc.and only be viewed by owner or office mgr.

seems like there should be a way for more than one employee to access time clock at one work station w/o privacy or exiting the program being an issue, i.e one punches in, screen closes and asks if any other employee will be using time clock or??? I want to retain the 2-password security as admin has different levels of entry ability, etc.
as admin, to have to overide this on a daily is not always feasible.

It would be great to have the ability to NOT allow someone to punch in before a certain time (with an override of course for mgmt if needed.) Have this in the settings like the automatic punch-out time option, only make punching in unavailable until the specified time.

Payroll report needs to display "regular hours" and "overtime hours" instead of the ridiculous "regular pay" and "overtime pay".

As it now reports I have to calculate the overime hours from the "overtime pay" in order to run the payroll.

I wonder if the program designers have actually run a payroll program.

The time clock report currently requires additional calculations to arrrive at the overtime hours. I doubt too many users need to have pay amount calculated - we need the regular and overtime hours listed. It is a "Time Clock" not a payroll program.

I need the ability to email time clock reports to external payroll sources.

When we have our employees print their pay period time clock report I would like to have a customizable area in the report. I would like to add on the printed report " I have read and verified that the hours shown above are correct and true. Signed _________________." A labor attorney has recommended that all time sheets are appropriately signed with acknowledgment that the employee has verified their hours.

We need to be able to Print Preview the time clock reports first, and then choose if we want to print, email or save them to a file.

Unemployment office has ask for a report to show the hours worked for the month with the hours calculated for each week. They need to verify the hours from Sunday to Saturday. If we could preview the weekly report, that would save some time and paper.

When the time clock is password protected there is not protection from keeping other staff members from printing reports of others under the reports tab. I would like to only allow a staff person to print their own report only.

I enter time-cards for all our staff for each pay period. Each time entry requires use of mouse to shift focus to the new time cell. If this problem is fixed it could save at least 25% time required to enter the data.

Also make it intuitive to save more time.
1. Make PM default after first PM entry.
2. Automatically shift focus to the next unit (minute, AM/PM or hour in the next cell) once data is entered in the current unit.
3. Automatically save the data. (User can delete it if s/he wants to).

Ability to use identity to punch in to time clock independent of the user who is logged in to that workstation.
