Archive finished Lab Cases. Possibly as a part of the month end process to have a option to archive finished lab cases. The "archived" lab cases would go into a separate file that does not load in the lab case manager unless "include archived cases" is checked. Be able to archive received cases as well.

If a lab case is returned to the lab, the received date should be blank, not the original receive date as the case is not back in the office

I am new with lab case manager, but this prescription is nearly blank. If I put in the next appointment date, the RX should show the due date. I need to be able to easily enter details like shading, metal preference, margin design and other bits that comprehensive lab prescriptions include. There are too many details to list here - what is the process for improving the prescriptions that print out?

When setting up a lab in the Lab Case Manager, it would be great to set up the various lab fees that lab charges for its various services. So when the case is entered, then we'd know how much the lab bill will be. This would give an idea at a glance what the lab bills will be for a case, a week, a month, etc. This would improve the office's profitability as we could predict our bills very accurately and plan for it.

Need to be able to scan existing lab slips, labs prefer their own design, helps prevent mistakes. They are familiar with their own design and can read them well without having to search. Obviously, it would need to be in a format that could be edited for the proper entries.

When you set complete a crown it should create the lab case and connect it to the seat appt, then once it is seated it should delete from the case manager automatically.

It would be nice if the lab slip didn't print over the whole page. Our labs have issues because our slip is the largest one and they have to fold them so sometimes they don't see the correct time due back ( which that would be great to be able to enter a time for the case to return by). Maybe have it print prescription size.

We don't always seat a crown or deliver a partial the same day that we receive it from the lab.

We need a delivery time along with the Receive From Lab Date. Some of our labs deliver on an as needed basis and they need an acutal delivery time.

Put phone option back on the appt information screen. Make it easier to make journal entry from there. The more information option is to large and you can't see the actual appointment time when it is open. It also takes tooo long to load into the journal from there

I would like to make the lab case report printing easier. Maybe add the option of a printed comparison.

When you open the Lab Case, it goes through a huge list... showing all cases' that have been created. A patient does not and should not see other patient names! When I am in a patients chart, it should ONLY list THAT patients lab cases that have gone out, and then give me the option to create a NEW ONE.

A lab case reminder should pop up to remind staff to attach lab tracker to that case

Please add an option for ind. users to be able to set how they would like their report to appear each time they open lab case manager. We would prefer listing cases by appt. date vs. alphabetical. Others would probably like something else. It would be nice to have the option to set it to a certain default, but then still have the option to sort differently.

Have the case estimated receive date default to a certain time range based on category.
